Squads insert into a hostile zone, locate and secure high-value objectives, then fight to a moving extraction point. Other players — and the environment — stand between you and the exit. Getting out is the win, not the kill count.
Secure the objective and reach an extraction point alive. Die before you extract and you lose what you were carrying.
Risk-versus-reward extraction: what you carry out only counts if you survive the exit, so knowing when to leave is a skill.
